Financial Aid Refund Process

Financial aid will be disbursed from the city budget directly to parents’ personal bank accounts. This disbursement is contingent upon the monthly report provided to parents, which includes confirmation of their child’s attendance at Step by Step.

• Parents/guardians must be Serbian citizens
• Child must be a Belgrade resident
• Child must have a refusal from the public daycare

• Parents who wish to apply for Financial Aid must apply to enroll their child at a public daycare
• Parents must get a refusal from the public daycare due to lack of space
